. Accountabilities:

Business Analysis and Planning
• Make contact with all targeted customers to determine sales and marketing support requirements
• Develop a detailed understanding of customer’s strategic business objectives and requirements
• Maintain strong communication lines within our organization
• Provide comprehensive business analysis to aid the management decision making process
• Build an account management strategy based on operator business cycles and competitive plans
o Identifying decision makers-relationship building
o Issuing quotations and responding to tenders
o Working in close partnership with the client technical support team.

Consultative Sales
• Write proposals and presentations
• Build, establish and manage effective customer relationships at both strategic and operational levels.
• Develop new business streams
• Managing the full sales cycle you will need to be highly experienced in hunting new opportunities and driving the engagement to close.
• Register to full perspective/client contact details onto client database.
• Become conversant with client products and services
• Communicate effectively client and business strategies and values to executive level contacts and key decision makers
• To engage and utilize client cross-functional resources to develop and implement projects and strategic objectives.
• In conjunction wit your manager, setting and obtaining personal milestones for growth and development.
• Achieve set sales targets as agreed with Line Manager on a regular basis

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

Education: Graduate preferably in Business
Experience: Minimun 6 years experience selling to Wireless Operators in Africa with SIM card/Smart Card industry knowledge an advantage.
