VAMSYSTEMS is currently looking for Business Relationship Coordinator for our UAE operations with the following skill set and terms and conditions:
â€¢ B. Sc. In Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent
â€¢ Certification in ITIL and COBIT.
â€¢ 5 years of practical on the job experience in IT. 2 of which in a financial institution of mid to large size.
â€¢ High communication skills (both verbal and written) with high profile interpersonal skills. Able to deal with audiences from different backgrounds and cultures and build healthy relationship with them.
â€¢ Highly disciplined and representative. Articulate and possess highly developed manners in dealing with high profile personalities and VIPs.
â€¢ Advanced and negotiation skills
â€¢ Understand the internal politics of their organization and set priorities to meet organization needs and fit with its mission.
â€¢ Able to deal positively to unusual requests or complaints
â€¢ Excellent time management skills
Work very closely with Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to:
â€¢ Support BRMs by following-up on the assigned cases, document when necessary and update accordingly.
â€¢ Assist BRMs in service review meeting by taking minutes in service review meetings and maintaining a list of agreed actions with the business and their status.
â€¢ Follow-up on standard service requests that suffer from unusual and extended delays and update the BRM.
â€¢ Maintain a calendar for service review meetings with business departments and coordinate with various personal assistances for that purpose.
â€¢ Assist in investigation for customer complaints and suggestions.
â€¢ Assist BRMs by producing reports from Remedy on customer service requests.
â€¢ Assist BRMs in preparing for Change Authority, IT Open Day and Service Review Meetings.
â€¢ Following up with customer when feedback is required (e.g. Road Map or Surveys).
â€¢ Following up with IT functions when their feedback is required (e.g. problem status, some type of complaints, request delays).
â€¢ Contribute in discussions with BRMs and other functions regarding service issues and delayed service requests.
â€¢ Assist BRMs to detect opportunities for improvement and follow up implementation.
â€¢ Make sure that BRMs are aware of major events and issues experienced by the business.
â€¢ Maintain communication guidelines. Provide assistance in development of other IT policies.
â€¢ Produce and publish the quarterly IT Newsletter.
