Job Description
1. Inbound & Outbound calls.
2. Resolving customer queries.
3. Managing and updating customer & client database.
4. Developing an interactive relationship with the client’s customers.
5. Being the first point of contact for the customer and becoming the voice of the company, acting as the face of the company.
6. Gaining a reputation with the client base as someone who can deliver solutions & is a proven problem solver
7. Updating customer base with the latest information on a product or a service and assisting them with their queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Graduate or Undergraduate (1-2 years exp)
2. Excellent command of spoken English & Arabic with respect to grammar, sentence construction and clarity issues is an ABSOLUTE ESSENTIAL MINIMUM requirement.
3. Have the flexibility to work in shifts.
4. Confident and self motivating attitude.
5. Experience from other related industry will be considered.
6. Good PC/typing skills.
7. High levels of enthusiasm & pro-active ability to take on new project.
8. Ability to work as part of a team and self motivated.
9. Positive attitude and good people skills.
10. Patience, perseverance and adaptability.
11. Proactive approach and an ability to take initiative and work in a fast paced environment.
