A Qualified Presentable Female is required for a Marketing Orianted Construction company based in Jabal Ali-Dubai.

This role requires providing support to a senior executive. Specifically you will be required to:
– Managing complex diary arrangements
– Organising business trips
– Scheduling and organising meetings
– Managing and composing correspondence
– Carrying out research as needed
– Preparing PowerPoint presentations
– Maintaining office administration systems and documentation

The ideal candidate will have preferably postgraduate qualification in Business Admin/Marketing, around 5 To 8 years of work experience in Public Relations, Market Communications, Corporate Communications, and Event Management with a large diversified business group. You must have a creative and willing to take independent charge of the position. High energy levels is a must & you must come across as a very good communicator, team player and must be very presentable, with pleasing personality
Arab females/ South African , Or Europeans Are preferred.

Salary depends on experience.
