Job Description:
Work with the Training & Development Department and be capable to deliver, market/sell and update all levels of Courses as required by the Training Schedule.

Job Responsibilities as lecturer
 Become part of our Training & Development team, work closely with the team to understand training needs. Recommend possible Training solutions to complex business issues.
 Create learning strategies and lesson plans. Your role will include delivering training & also cover the human aspects of implementing changes to existing structures and ways of working.
 Independently deliver (tailor-made) training management and project management skills.
 Lead & guide projects.
 When not in Training, actively seek new business.
 Maintenance of up-to-date training material and the configuration management thereof.
 Development and delivery of (management) training programs.
 Share related experience from your project exposure to add value to the client organization. Your attitude and creditability is critical throughout the method of delivery.
 Adhere to organisational methodology, standards and templates
 Reach the PMP®/CAPM® certification if not already in possession of this qualification.
 Proficient in Microsoft Project and present the said training therein.

As PM Consultant
 Manage the project team
 Formulate & manage stakeholder plan & project communications
 Identify, source & provide ongoing review of resources required for the project
 Conduct regular progress monitoring, reviews and reporting at the required levels
 Manage issues, risks and dependencies & ensure documentation of key assumptions
 Manage the change control process & project budget
 Run planning sessions to determine activities, tasks and resources required for project phases
 Recognised Bacculate Degree
 All Project Lecturer/Consultants will have at least 7 years proven experience of managing projects.
 Have PMP® CAPM® or equivalent certification.
 Excellent interpersonal & management skills.
 All Lecturer/Consultants will already have had formal project management training.
 Computer literate (MS Office, MS Project and/or Primavera and e-mail).
 Experience & relevant knowledge in different project management tools, techniques & environments to meet specific training objectives.
 Good business skills & general knowledge.
 Good coaching & mentoring skills.
 Good command of the English language.
 Work with minimum supervision.
 Good interpersonal and communication skills.
 Goal orientated, motivated and self-driven.
